For groups of clinicians in the same agency, EasySteps accounts can be linked with no additional fees to allow for supervisors and assistants to have access to the same charts. Group accounts also have the capability for billing / owner privileges. Each clinician will require the base individual account (Lite, Part Time, or Full Time). Billing Add-Ons are available for individuals or the entire group.

For clinicians and groups of clinicians with more than 60 active EarlySteps clients, EasySteps offers the High Volume Billing Add-On to cover claims for ALL clinicians. Each clinician requires the base individual account (Lite, Part Time, or Full Time). The High Volume Billing Add-On is a flat rate for unlimited claims for 60+ clients (see below).
